Following the training discussion at the AGM, the Committee has asked Diana Drysdale to run a series of intermediate bridge lessons. These will start on Wednesday 25 September and run until Wednesday 20 November (excluding 6 November) from 2-4pm at the Parish Hall. Table money will be £2.

Diana will cover topics such as which bids are forcing, the meaning of doubles, leads and signalling, and how to make overtricks. The lessons will have a teaching component followed by playing prepared hands.

This is aimed at bronze players (those below Regional Master) but everyone is welcome. There will be sign-up sheets at the club in September or you can email teaching@berwickbridgeclub.co.uk for further information.
