Beginner Bridge
Winter 2025
This is the perfect time to learn the basics of Bridge. This 4 week course costs $80 including materials.
January 30th - Thursday mornings, 10 to 11:30 AM
No experience necessary. Come on your own or come with a friend - actually we love it when you bring all your friends!
Our teaching program is under the auspices of Linda Tuff, Master Teacher and American Bridge Teacher's Association's Teacher of the Year in 2022.
Halifax Bridge World is a Not for Profit bridge club. We've been teaching and playing bridge for over 40 years. We know a thing or two about the world's most popular card game :)
Halifax Bridge World is located at 7071 Bayers Road. Enter Door #2. Take the elevator or stairs on the right hand side up one floor to the Starlight Gallery. We are half way down the balcony.

Shuffle n' Play Practice Sessions Three Times Per Week
Join us for Shuffle n' Play sessions.
A relaxed atmostphere where you can ask questions, replay the hand and enjoy a great cup of coffee! You can pre-order a set of hands that reflect a certain subject like Takeout Doubles. Great way to practice a new skill set.
Cost is only $10 and there is no requirement to sign up in advance.
Times are: Sunday afternoons from 1-3 pm,
Monday evenings at 6:30-8:30 pm, and
Thursday mornings from 10 - 12 noon.
